Wigner Management System

Welcome to the Wigner Management System (WÜR). Before you start to use the system, please read the GDPR!

In this system you can attend to many administration tasks online, which would otherwise require paperwork and contacting your leaders and administrators. WÜR makes administration easier, since online access makes administration possible 24 hours a day and from everywhere in the World.

WÜR is developing constantly, to best serve the needs of our employees. At the time this help is written, the following task can be accessed online:

Data entered to the WÜR make possible the creation of department worker lists and personal informational pages on the Wigner website. For this you may submit further data on the Personal data menu. This database operates the Wigner-part of the Campus Phonebook, too.

There is an experimental interface for Managing the IP-addresses of Wigner RCP SZFI at the Buildings 1. and 4., where employees can manage their own IP-addresses, request new IP-addresses, etc..

To make WÜR more safe, a two-factor (TOTP) authentication is built in, which can be managed in Two-factor authentication.

You can find the menu on top of the page, under the logo-image. By clicking its first element () you can return to the main menu from everywhere,  button returns you to the main page of the used module or to the main menu, you can get help by pressing the  button, and  button is the Log out. With the flag button you can change between English and Hungarian language. Text elements of the menu are make possible to reach the tasks of the used module.
